[ES 3.0][Adreno 420+] When Fadeout Mip Maps on texture is enabled white artifact appears on specific Android devices
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project (816993-Repro.zip)
2. Open and play "test" scene
3. Notice that white artifact doesn't appear
4. Build and run on specific Android device (Samsung Galaxy S7)
5. Notice that there's a white line on the screen (check Screenshot.png)
Note:
- Issue doesn't reproduce when built with ES 2.0
