Errors are thrown and the Scene view is not rendered when Rendering Path is set to Deferred
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Select “Assets/Resources/ScriptableObjects/Settings/PC_Renderer.asset” asset
3. Change the Rendering Path to Deferred in the Inspector window
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown and the Scene view is rendered correctly
Actual result: Errors are thrown and the Scene view turns gray
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a18, 2023.3.0b6
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.9f1, 2023.3.0a17
Could not test with: 2021.3.35f1 (Could not resolve compilation errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
