Error 'No texture data available to upload' when using external textures (Texture2D.CreateExternalTexture)
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project attached (ExternalTextureBug.zip).
2. Open script "UseRenderingPlugin.cs".
3. Uncomment line 52.
4. Press Play.
Expected result: Unity will enter play mode correctly.
Actual result: Error appears: "No texture data available to upload".
Note: This error, but causes by UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI() can be caused by changing QualitySettings.
Reproduced on: 5.6.0f3, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b8, 2017.2.0a2
