Error message is not shown when serial reached the maximum number of activation
Steps to reproduce:
1. Have serial number which reached the max number of activations
2. Use this serial key to activate Unity Pro
3. Observe that no error message is shown (see screenshot error 5.4)
Regression from 5.4.0a5 (see screenshot _error 5.3.)
