Error message doesn't show the cause after clearing the console and invoking the same error again

Reproduction steps:

1. Open the attached project.
2. Try to build it for iOS or WebGL.
3. Clear the console.
4. Try to build it again without switching the platform.

Actual result:
- Only one error message without reference shows up(picture attached).

Expected result:
- Cause of the error is shown in the console.

Note:
- More information is shown again when platform is switched or Editor is restarted.
