error CS1679: Invalid extern alias appears if folder have "=" symbol in part of the installation path
How to reproduce:
1. Put a = character in front of one folder that is part of the installation path (eg: D:\Programs\=Unity\2018.1...)
2. Open any project
Actual result: Installation complete successfully into the path with `=` in it. After project load, unable to compile and/or play any project, it gives:
error CS1679: Invalid extern alias for -reference. Alias `D:/' is not a valid identifier

Resolution Note:
This particular case has been investigated thoroughly and we have decided, in the interests of protecting the stability and features of Unity for users that rely upon the affected versions, to not address this fix for the time being. We understand that this will cause problems for some users, and so may address in a future version.
