Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open "TargetTexture" scene in the attached project.
2. Observe and compare the output with different Unity versions.
The actual and Expected result can be found in the attached image. (image_1024.png)
Reproducible on : 2018.1.0b1,2018.1.0b3
Working fine on : 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0a7
