Entities window icons are affected by the Global Mipmap Limit value
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “Entities_Window_Icons_Bug” project
2. Open Entities Hierarchy window (Window > Entities)
3. Change “Global Mipmap Limit” to “Eight Resolution” (Edit > Project Settings > Quality > Textures)
4. Observe the Entities window icons
Expected result: the Entities window icons are sharp
Actual result: the Entities window icons are blurred
Reproduced with: 1.0.8 (2022.3.1f1), 1.0.10 (2022.3.1f1)
Reproduced on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Notes:
1. Reproducible in new projects
2. Also affects Entities Components, Systems, and Journaling window icons
3. Entities Archetypes window is unaffected
