1. create action map
2. open action map in editor
3. make changes to action map
4. don't save changes
5. enter playmode
*Actual results:* unsaved changes are removed from the action map
*Expected results:* changes are kept unsaved
*Reproducible with versions:* 1.8.0-pre.3
*Not reproducible with versions:* 1.7.0
