Entering Play mode unlocks the Inspector if the Inspector shows a Scriptable Object asset
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (InspectorLockBug.zip)
2. Select "New My Scriptable Object" in the Project browser
3. Lock the Inspector
4. Enter Play mode
5. Observe that Inspector is unlocked
Expected: the Inspector doesn't get unlocked when entering the Play mode
Reproduced in 2018.2.0a4, 2018.2.0b1, 2018.2.0b3
Did not reproduce in 2017.2.2p4, 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.2.0a3, 2018.3.0a1
