Empty Scene Template name gets trimmed in New Scene window when using UI Scaling 125%
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Set UI Scaling to 125% (Edit>Preferences...>UI Scaling>Use custom scaling value)
3. Restart the Editor
4. Open New Scene window (File>New Scene)
Expected results: Empty Scene Template name is not trimmed
Actual results: Empty Scene Template name is trimmed
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0a17
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1 (no New Scene Templates window)
