[EmbeddedWindow] CPU usage increases up to 50% when embedding a build to another application and hiding it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build the project as Child.exe to the Assets/Export folder
3. Once the folder is open, launch Container.exe
4. Click the 'button 1' button to hide the window
5. Open 'Task Manager' and notice that CPU usage of Child.exe goes up to 50%
