Elbow bone flips 180 degrees around local X-axis in Scene view when playing specific Animation frame with Humanoid Rig model
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project "AnimTest.zip"
2. In the Scene hierarchy, select "RabbitHumanoid"
3. Press Play and go to the Scene view
4. In the Inspector window component "Anim Tester" ensure that the "Blending" slider is at 0
5. Move the "Animation 1 Time" slider
6. Observe the elbow bone flipping 180 degrees while moving the slider between 0.85 to 0.86, and 0.88 to 0.89
Expected result: Elbow bone not flipping during the animation
Actual result: Elbow bone flips during the animation
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1 (due to project breaking)
Note: Generic rig is not affected
