EditorWindow.OnDestroy is called twice when closing a custom Editor window
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (QuickSourceCheck)
2. In the toolbar select Window > My Window
3. Close the custom Editor window and see the Console window
Expected result: EditorWindow.OnDestroy is called once
Actual result: EditorWindow.OnDestroy is called twice
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.28f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b4
