EditorGUILayout.EnumFlagsField breaks when enum member has a -1 assigned
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "EnumFlagsField"
2. Select "Test" GameObjert in the Hierarchy
Expected result: there are two enum dropdowns in the Inspector under the Script component
Actual result: there is only one dropdown and "IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array." errors are spammed in the Console
Reproducible with: 2022.2.3f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b6, 2023.3.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1, 2022.2.2f1
Reproducible on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Notes:
1. More errors can appear when moving/clicking the mouse
2. Reproducible after changing "~0" in the Script to "-1" but not "-2" or "-3"
