[Linear] EditorGUI.DrawRect() renders brighter colors in linear color space
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open editor window "BUG/Open Window"
3. Change color space value in opened editor window and notice that colored rect gets brighter in linear color space
Note: This also breaks editor icons - in linear mode they appear brighter.
Reproduced with: 5.3.6p5, 5.3.6p6, 5.4.1p2, 5.5.0b5
Not reproducible: 5.3.6p4
