EditorGUI.ChangeCheckScope() does not detect when an AssetReference change occurs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “TestProject” project
2. Select the ”Assets/ScriptableObjects/ET1” asset
3. Change “Addressabletest” value to “Assets/Pictures/41.png“ in the Inspector
Expected result: “--CHANGE DETECTED--” log appears in the Console
Actual result: Nothing appears in the Console
Reproducible with: 1.20.5 (2021.3.13f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a16)
Not reproducible with: 1.20.3 (2021.3.13f1)
Couldn’t test with: 1.20.5 (2020.3.39f1) (Console errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
