Editor Window loses focus when Color Picker is closed with a keybaord
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project
2. Go to Window -> UIElements and press Test
3. Press Tab until you reach the Color property and press Enter
4. When Color Picker is opened press Enter again
5. Press Tab two times and observe the Test window
Expected result: Focus is on the Test window
Actual result: Focus is no longer on the Test window
Reproducible with: 2019.3.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1 (UIElements not supported)
