[Editor][VR] VR SDK's that have additional properties near their title are overlapping in Virtual Reality SDK's Window
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Go to XR Settings and add Oculus as SDK
3. Observe that SDK title is not rendered correctly

Not reproducible with - 2019.3.0a2
Note - This happens with all SDK's that have additional settings near them
