Editor visual glitches appear when moving GameObject with Reflection Proxy Volume, with Shape “Box” or “Sphere” selected on HDRP Silicon macOS
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "GlitchRepro" project
2. Open “Assets”/Scenes/SampleScene.unity scene
3. In the Hierarchy window click the “Lighting” GameObject drop-down arrow
4. Click the “Reflection Probes” GameObject drop-down arrow
5. Click the “Room 1” GameObject drop-down arrow
6. Select the “Reflection Proxy Volume Room 1” GameObject
7. In the Scene view, move the selected GameObject (By clicking and holding the X Y Z arrows or the center)
Expected result: No visual glitches in Editor
Actual result: Visual glitches in Editor

Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel Core i9)
Note: The issue happens only on HDRP Silicon macOS Unity Editor. While the Background tasks are compiling, the glitching appears only in the bottom status bar.
