Editor version field of the project isn't updated automatically in HUB when ProjectVersion.txt is added to the project folder
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub and add the attached project “PojectWithNoEditorVersion“
2. Close the “Missing Editor Version“ warning popup
3. Place the attached “ProjectVersion.txt“ in the “PojectWithNoEditorVersion/ProjectSettings“ folder
4. Observe Unity Hub’s project list
Expected result: Unity Hub pulls up and displays the Editor version of the project on the fly after adding the “ProjectVersion.txt” file to the project folder
Actual result: The Editor version of the project is displayed as unknown until a full restart of Unity Hub by closing it in Windows System Tray or Task Manager

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
