[Editor UI] Arrow that collapses a component in the Inspector occupies the same space as the component's icon
Reproduction steps:
1. Open any ol' project (a new project will do)
2. Select any object or prefab
3. In the Inspector look at the little arrow that collapses the Transform component
--- You should see that this arrow is on top of / below the Transform icon
