Regression
Yes
[Win] The main window is sometimes positioned incorrectly at startup where title bar isn't fully visible
To reproduce:
1. Make Unity fullscreen
2. Restore down
3. Move window around (if having two monitors then make the window wider than one monitor -> this will trigger the bad start position on next Unity startup)
4. Restart Unity
5. Window will be repositioned incorrectly where title bar isn't visible

Mads was able to repro it by "drag the window to the other screen and toggle (maximize -> Restore Down) it happens", but overall repro rate seems random as sometimes it doesn't happen, but when a minute later it reproes all the time
Regression from 4.6

We are having this issue as well. Is this going to be fixed anytime soon?
