[Editor] Some editor windows are broken after opening an old project with custom layout
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. You can immediately observe two issues with 'Game View' and 'Project' windows:
- Both windows don't have their headers
- Clicks on those broken windows are registered incorrectly (see attached gif)
Moving Editor to another screen refreshes the editor and the issue is gone.
