[Editor]Resizing the editor while multiple columns are set will cause red or black/white flicker corruption on different windows
Dragging the resizable windows in the Editor will cause flickering corruption on some windows. This can be noticed with white/black or red colour flickers over text/windows. See attached videos.
STR:
1. Load a new 3D Project
2. Arrange some of the windows to have at least 3 colums split (see attached video)
3. Resize the 2nd column (which should adjust the 1st column as well)
4. Add a few more windows if not reproducible yet and drag one of the windows (which resizes multiple other windows)
Expected Result: Editor windows will not flicker or trigger any weird corruption on resizing
Actual Result: Flicker/window corruption appears when resizing with several columns present (see attached videos)
