[Editor] Rename option doesn't list on right clicking on custom filter
Rename option doesn't list on right clicking on a custom filter
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Project window > Click on burger button
3. Select two column layout
4. Select a filter from under favorites
5. Right click
Actual Result:
The dropdown only lists delete option
Expected Result:
Rename option should list in the drop-down
Note: Filter can still be renamed by lift clicking on its name or by pressing F2 on windows/ Enter on Mac
