Editor redirects to a broken page when pressing question mark "?" in the Inspector window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new script
3. Press on the script in the Project window
4. Press "?" in the Inspector
Expected result: a working documentation page is opened
Actual result: broken documentation page is opened (Sorry... that page seems to be missing!)
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.0a5, 2021.2.9f1, 2022.1.0b5, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a4
Notes:
- Versions that the bug is not reproducible on do not redirect to a page but instead open an HTML file
- Not reproducible when creating: Timeline, Signal
