Editor redirects the user to an invalid webpage when trying to access documentation
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “NetworkingBug“
2. Open the Scene “Assets/Scenes/Menu”
3. In the Hierarchy window select the GameObject “Network Manager”
4. In the Inspector window press the button “Open Docs”
Expected result: Valid documentation page is opened
Actual result: The given link redirects the user to the page “Page not found”
Reproducible with: 2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a11

Unity's incompetence is legendary. Even the website that sells you Netcode for GameObjects directs you to a broken link.
