Editor Perfomance with Empty Scene significantly lower when using 2020.2 or above
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new empty Project
2. Press Play
3. Press Stats
Expected result: The FPS is relatively the same across all versions
Actual result: The FPS changed from ~1300 to ~300
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a15, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1, 2021.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.24f1, 2020.2.0a14
