[Editor] Baking pipeline runs in play mode when GI and Auto Generate are disabled
Steps for reproduction:
1) Create a new project
2) Ensure that both Realtime GI and Baked GI are disabled
3) Disable `Auto Generate`
4) Enter into play mode
3) Observe the progress bar with the message "Baking paused in play mode".
Notes:
- Reproducible on : 2018.2.0a8, 2018.1.b13, 2018.1.a7, 2018.1.0a1
- Not Reproducible on: 2017.3.0f3
- When you exit play mode, observe that progress bar is not cleared

Still happening in 2018.2.7f1. It takes over a minute to enter play mode. Could this be part of the problem?

This happened to me in 2018.2.5f but baked lighting was set to disabled.
I had never baked any lighting in the project but once I clicked on "Clear Baked Data" it went away.
