Editor launch screen is not seen when opening a project
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. Observe that the Editor is launching
Expected result: The Editor launch screen with the Unity logo is seen
Actual result: The Editor launch screen is not seen
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2021.3.43f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.43f1, 6000.0.15f1
Fixed in: 2022.1.0a13
Reproducible on: macOS 12.7.4 (M1)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
