Editor is lagging when modifying the Scene view or Playing
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new URP project
2. Select any GameObject in the Scene
3. Enter Play Mode and try to move/look around
Expected result: No lag
Actual result: Lag and stutters
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b13)
Not reproducible: 7.7.1 (2019.4.32f1), 10.7.0 (2020.3.22f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.28f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b12), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b15), 12.1.1 (2021.2.2f1), 13.1.0 (2022.1.0a13)
Couldn't test: 2022.1.0a14 - Not possible to open projects
