Editor installation fails when installing with Android modules selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Install any Editor version with the Android module selected
Expected result: Installation successful
Actual result: Installation fails with inconsistent Errors
Reproducible with: 3.4.2
Note:
- Not reproducible by CQA using Hub 3.4.2
- Users report that the issue is affecting Hub 3.4.2 and the Beta version of the Hub

Also, it seems too inefficient that HUB doesn't reuse elements in the Download folder, even though the items were downloaded previously, reusing items would allow users to workaround download failed issue by manually downloading items and placing them in HUB's download folder”
