[Editor] Inspector icon is blurred at 150% scale on Windows
Inspector icon is blurred at 150% scale and higher
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Change the scale of windows to 150%
3. Return back to the editor
Actual Result:
Inspector icon is blurred
Expected Result:
The icon shouldn't be blurred
