Editor icons have aliasing issues - Windows Only
Icons look blurry and jagged, like they have been upscaled, when display scaling is >100%
Repro steps:
-set your display scaling to >100%.
-just open the editor and look at the Play, Cloud Build and Transform icons.
Reproduced in : 2018.2 0a6 and 20182.0a7 (Windows Only)
Not reproduced in: 2018.2 0a5 or lower, 2017.3 and 2018.1 and any Mac OSX editor builds
