Editor hangs when selecting GameObject with "PhysicShape" or "PhysicsBody" component with a deactivated mesh filter child
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "MinifigEditorHang_4.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "EmptyPlayerCharacterController" object
3. In Inspector window, enable "Physics Body" or/and "Physics Shape"
4. In Hierarchy window, deselect and select "EmptyPlayerCharacterController" object
5. Observe the Editor
Expected result: the object is selected, Inspector window is loaded
Actual result: the editor freezes/hangs
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0f1(0.1.0), 2019.1.11f1(0.1.0), 2019.2.0b10(0.1.0), 2019.3.0a9(0.1.0)
Not reproducible with: 2019.1.0f1(0.0.1, 0.0.2), 2019.3.0a9(0.0.2)
Could not test with: 2019.1.0f1 and older due to package errors
