Editor Freezes when trying to import 10-bit video
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open new project
2. Add attached video to project
3. Editor will freeze
Expected: Editor doesn't support 10-bit video except for some specific cases, so there should be an error message
Actual: Editor freezes and is unresponsive
Reproduced with 2020.1.0a15, 2019.3.0f2, 2019.2.15f1
