Editor freezes when saving scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Open scene "Village"
3. Make any changes in the scene
4. Save scene
Expected results: Scene is saved
Actual results: Editor freezes or scene is save takes about 5 minutes to complete

Resolution Note (2018.3.X):
This can't reproduce any more but I did find the script are constantly marking prefabs dirty causing them to always save along with the scene or simply when quitting the editor. The user should spend some time figuring out why this happens and if it is required.
