Editor freezes when exiting Play Mode if the Game window position was changed or undocked during Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “samples-playground.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Dock the Game Window somewhere else or undock it
4. Exit Play Mode and observe the result
Expected result: No freeze
Actual result: Editor freezes
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b7, 2022.2.21f1, 2023.1.0b18, 2023.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.26f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.48f1, 2022.2.0b6 (Errors after project downgrade)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel)

Reproducible when docking the Game window anywhere
Reproducible when undocking the Game window
Not reproduce in a newly created project
Not reproducible if setting Layout to “Default” and trying to reproduce the issue
Not reproducible if just changing the Game window size
