Editor freezes when enterring Play Mode caused by ARCameraBackground shader
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project "arfoundation-mock"
2. Open SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Exit Play Mode
5. Enter Play Mode
Actual: Unity freezes
Expected: Unity doesn't freeze
Reproducible with: 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a19
Couldn't test 2018.4, 2019.4
