Editor freezes on cleanup mono after building the player when exiting after batchmode build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project ("case_1275303-client") in File Explorer
2. Open the "build-android-exe-full.bat" file and set UnityPath to the local Unity path
3. Wait for the build to finish (~2 minutes)
Expected result: Build finishes without issues and the Editor is closed
Actual result: Editor sometimes freezes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.27f1, 2020.2.0b2
Note: Issue reproduces roughly in around 1 in 30 tries

Happening on batchmode builds on Win11, Unity 2020.3.41f1
Din't see if it ever happened on Wn10 build machines...

We're still seeing this on 2021.3.9f1 when running Android Builds on Windows via batchmode.
For what it's worth; we're orchestrating the entire thing through Jenkins. I've tried adding 60 second sleeps before the builds to no avail.

I might have path to troubleshoot this. I basically closed everything on the machine (VSC, VS 2022, unity editor & hub) and launched the CI again. It went through. Will open each program individually to see which was blocking.

Updated to 2019.4.40f1 but still there, has anyone tried a full reimport ?

I confirm this behaviour with 2019.4.3f11 in -batchmode, it happened after a windows 10 reinstall. Editor installation itself was on another disk and was not removed.
Stuck at mono cleanup forever. Not sure how to troubleshoot this
