Editor freeze and silent crash when using DX12 with Handles.SphereHandleCap
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project (Unity 2019.3a - Handles - DX12.zip)
2. Select in Hierarchy window: "Cube"
3. Move the mouse around/ open and close the script dropdown in the Inspector Window to update the Editor
Reproduced in: 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a7
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.29f1*, 2018.4.2f1
Notes: *Possibly to the scripts breaking
**Handle is not working, but the editor does not freeze nor crash
The crash itself does not happen in DX11
