I have had to change the resolution of my Surface Book to 1920 x 1280 because opening Unity when the screen is set to 3000x2000 results in partial windows cutoff menus and other weirdness.

Also includes incorrect panel/window sizing if windows 10 display is using "custom scaling". (white bars at bottom and right of screen)
