Editor crashes when loading a scene due to memory corruption
Reproduction steps:
1. Open users attached project
2. Open Scenes/Main_Menu Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Choose any difficulty then press the "Click on this to Start" button
5. Move the player to X=230, Y=6, Z=-1033
6. Walk forward on the Bridge
7. Press the Yes button on the GUI
8. Walk backwards on the new dock until the GUI pops up again. Press the Yes button.
9. Repeat from Step 6
Expected result: Scene is loaded
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2020.3.28f1, 2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1 (could not downgrade the project)
