Editor crashes when selecting objects in the Scene View
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "PSCrash.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "transform" Game Object in the Hierarchy that is a child of "ef_00000002" Game Object
4. Select appeared Game Objects in the Scene View by dragging and clicking over them
Expected result: Objects are selected successfully
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a21, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0a20
