Editor crashes when calling "StopAssetEditing" in "finally" when exception is handled on a higher level
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("TryFinallyCatchCrash.zip") and open the "SampleScene" scene
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: an exception is thrown in the console
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproduced in: 2019.1.0a13, 2018.3.2f1, 2017.4.18f1
