Editor crashes when Burst 1.8.13 is installed

1. Open a new project
2. Install Burst 1.8.13
*Actual results:* Editor crashes
*Expected results:* Editor does not crash and continues to run
*Reproducible with versions:* 1.8.13 (6000.0.0b11)
*Not reproducible with versions:* 1.8.12 (6000.0.0b11)
*Tested on (OS):*
Windows ARM64
*Notes:*
* Reproducible with Windows x64 (AMD), but does not reproduce after opening the project again
