Editor crashes when attempting to upload a 0KB file via WebRequest
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project
2. Open "Assets\Scenes\SampleScene" Scene
3. Press Play
Expected result: Editor doesn't crash and console logs upload progress
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.30f1, 2020.2.2f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3
