Editor crashes/freezes when closing a custom Editor window that is referenced by another custom Editor window
How to reproduce:
1. Open tester-submitted project (EditorWindowRepro)
2. In the menu bar select Window > Bunnies
3. Two custom Editor windows appear; close the 'Bunnies' window
Expected result: the Editor does not freeze or crash
Actual result: the Editor freezes or crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a13, 2019.2.15f1, 2019.3.0f2, 2020.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.14f1, 2019.1.0a12
Could not test with: 2017.4.35f1(project incompatible)
