Editor crashes on UI::AddRenderersToCanvas after undoing revert action to a UI element after changing its parent
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached “repro.zip” Unity project
2. Open scene “Test”
3. Expand Menu -> Canvas -> Panel In Hierarchy
4. Duplicate “Restart” object
5. Change “Restart(3)” object parent to “Menu”
6. Click Revert for “Restart(3)” object in Inspector
7. Undo
Reproduced on: 2017.1.2p4, 2017.1.0f3, 5.6.4p4
Didn't reproduce on: 2018.1.0a7, 2017.3.0f2, 2017.2.1f1, 2017.2.0f3
